Jorge is a former United States Marine and a licensed Adjuster. Prior to founding Alliance Reconstruction, Jorge worked in all different aspects of the reconstruction industry, advocating for home and business owners who suffered catastrophic insurance losses. Jorge’s years of experience in the military and reconstruction industry led him to start a company built on customer service and personal integrity.

Billy Leigh

Vice President and Operations Director

Billy is a former United States Marine who holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from Texas Christian University. Prior to Alliance Reconstruction, Billy worked as an auditor for Deloitte and as a financial controller for healthcare organizations around the country. Billy’s extensive business and accounting background enables him to ensure that Alliance Reconstruction delivers the greatest financial outcome possible to its clients.

Edgar Chavez

Operations Management & Customer Service

Edgar Chavez has 14 years of banking experience in operations management and customer service. After investing in real estate and home reconstruction, Edgar pursued a career in residential restoration. His superior project management and customer service skills are evident in each reconstruction project he works on.

Taylor Yates

Sr. Foundation Repair Specialist

Taylor Yates began his foundation repair career as a sales consultant and general manager for one of the largest foundation repair companies in Dallas Fort Worth. Not long after, Taylor began his own foundation repair company serving property owners from the Austin area up to Oklahoma City and everywhere in between. Taylor's knowledge of the foundation repair industry, along with his desire to provide exceptional customer service makes him a valuable addition to the Alliance team.

Patrick Nichols

Loss Consultant

Patrick is a former United States Marine who served from 1999 through 2004, first at the Naval Submarine Base in Kings Bay, GA as a Close Quarters Battle Operator, and then as a Forward Observer with 2nd LAR at Camp Lejeune in North Carolina. After leaving the military, Patrick continued a tradition of serving in his home town as a law enforcement officer in Nacogdoches and then as a detective in the Angelina County Sheriff's Office. Patrick is married and the proud father of three boys.
